Professional Custom & Logistics Manager Requirements:
Must be US Citizen, Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or similar, Min. 6 years of Exp. in Customs & Logistics Environment, Excellent Oral & Written Communication skills in English Responsibilities: Ongoing education concerning CBP & FDA information requirements, Establishment of, & oversights for, an internal customs compliance program to satisfy CBP's "reasonable care" requirements, Classification of materials, valuation of material, country of origin determination, preparation of response to all inquires from CBP, including requests for information (CBP Form 28) and Notices of proposed action, provide recommendations on country of origin marking to Bard U.S. Division, special duty rate programs, certificate of origin documents generated by the U.S importing entity, FDA data required for importation, required transportation of goods to include required documentation (BOL) If interested, please send resume to: patricia.rangel@crbard.com
